The USD 45 million Sheikh Khalifa Bin Salman Causeway Highway involved the construction of a 404 m marine bridge as part of a causeway linking Hidd to Manama with a length of 6.4 km consisting of 3 lanes going towards each direction and footpaths on either side.

The project comprises the construction of three towers in Bahrain Financial Harbour. Tower A is 54 storeys high and 220 metres in height. Tower B has 43 storeys and is 137 metres high. Tower C goes up 52 storeys and reaches a height of 210 metres. Each tower has a twisting design sheathed in mirrored green glass to match the adjacent BFH Towers. The total living area created is 35,900 square metres and the predicted population is around 2,000 people.

The Abraj Al Lulu is a large residential development located in Manama, the capital city of Bahrain. The entire complex consists of three large towers, two of which have 50 floors and one with 40. The three towers (Gold Pearl, Silver Pearl and the Black Pearl) are located next to the King Faisal Highway, which is close to popular places such as the Bahrain City Centre Mall, Central Market, Bahrain World Trade Centre and the Bahrain Financial Harbor. The entire complex covers a land area in excess of 23,230 m2 (250,000 sq ft).

SKBS Highway is one of the most important strategic arterial roads of the Kingdom of Bahrain that offers connectivity between Manama, Hamad Town and the Southern Governorate. The project stretch is about 23.5km with an overall 12 junctions. Total road length 5,100m including widening of the existing carriageway to 4 lanes, milling and re-profiling of existing and provision of shoulders.

The project involve expansion of a new $300-million plant to take total capacity to 9.1 million tonnes per year (tpy) from 4 million tpy now.

HHRM is sole supplier for the biggest IKEA store in the gulf region. The store, located in Salmabad, will have a total retail area of 37,000 sq m and an investment of BD47 million ($124.76 million).
Over 40,000 m3. A project way behind schedule but with a fixed store openimg date. HHRM is called in at short notice as sole supplier for over 40,000 m3 in less than 4 months.

The Causeway connects North Muharraq with the Diplomatic Area in the northern part of Manama. The design of the bridge with two sail-like structures was chosen to depict Bahrain’s traditional pearl diving culture. The 2.5km causeway was opened for traffic on 4 Jan 1997.

Constructed by Kooheji Contractors, this turnkey, high-rise project consists of three towers (Tower A: 39 floors, Tower B: 39 floors and Tower C: 30 floors). Total Built-up Area is approximately. 104,100 square meters. With a basement, ground floor and a 3-level parking, it has 413 luxury apartment units.

The “Danat Al Baraka” project includes 211 villas with four different contemporary designs. It is built on a land of 73,514 square meters in Janusan.

The project is a new 40,000 cubic-metre a-day sewage treatment plant for Al-Madina al-Shamaliya, a new town being built on 750 hectares of reclaimed land that will have a population of over 90,000 once complete.

The project involve development of the Sheikh Zayed Highway extension (Phase 1) in Bahrain which expanded various streets to three lanes in each direction with a length of 3.2 km that will extend from Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Street in the west to the Driving Training School in the east and the roundabouts.
The highway capacity increased to 80,000 vehicles per day and 11,000 vehicles during peak hours.

Haji Hassan Readymix is the main concrete supplier to Bahrain’s State-of-the-art New Exhibition & Convention Centre, Sakhir.
More than 70,000 m3 of temperature controlled concrete supplied required 4 batching plants, massive ice capacity, over 60 Concrete Mixers and 19 concrete pumps to complete pours exceeding 5,700m3 in a single shift.
The unique concrete mix design was specially approved by the Ministry of Works to overcome issues with substructures over 3.5m deep.

Standing just a short distance from the Arabian Gulf, the project consists of a twin tower (Tower A:45 storey and Tower-B 40 storey) located at Bahrain Bay, Manama.
C60/75 concrete, selfcompacting concrete, waterproof concrete, screeds and concrete for posttensioned thin slabs have been designed and supplied in close collaboration with Kooheji and the engineering consultants.
4 batching plants each with massive ice capacity were required to keep concrete temperature below 28C whilst ambient temperature exceeded 45C.

The project consists of 43-storey twin towers a total built up area of approximately 125,000 sqm. One of the 3 ‘Fontana’ developments in Juffair consisting of >120,000m3 for 6 towers, all requiring high pressure concrete pumps and special mix designs.
