Batching Plants
HHRM operates four concrete batching plants in Salmabad and RasZuwayed (Opposite Alba).
Each plant utilizes the latest technology using a fully computerized automatic control system known as Command Alkon. The operating systems are continually updated in line with ever-changing technology upgrades.
Salmabad Batching Plants:

These four fully-automated, computer controlled batching plants cover supplies across the whole of Bahrain within 1 hour travelling time.
- All materials are standardized at each plant for full back-up redundancy.
- HHRM has the capacity to stock up to eight different aggregate types, four cement types and 6 admixtures.
- Plants are serviced by 8 loaders and 7 cement tankers.
- Water is supplied from HHRM reverse osmosis plants.
