Bahrain’s Sheikh Zayed Road Project

The project involve development of the Sheikh Zayed Highway extension (Phase 1) in Bahrain which expanded various streets to three lanes in each direction with a length of 3.2 km that will extend from Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Street in the west to the Driving Training School in the east and the roundabouts.
The highway capacity increased to 80,000 vehicles per day and 11,000 vehicles during peak hours.
